With over two decades of experience in advising global organizations on workforce strategy, Andrew has become a trusted voice in the field. He has worked for the Big 4 consultancies, startups, and for the last 17 years, his own consulting firm. His passion is to make work better.  Andrew’s pioneering work on the use of Blockchain in Work in 2018, with Don Tapscott and the BRI, continues to provide inspiration to entrepreneurs and technologists.
