Creating a company user account

Company admin users’ (learn more here) who manage company accounts with a paid subscription have the ability to invite colleagues to join their account as ‘company users.’ 

Company users are ‘sub-accounts’ that are automatically associated to the ‘company admin user’ account that created them and can only interact with the platform project pages associated with the organization they belong to. 

The number of company user accounts a company admin user can create depends on the subscription plan and the additional add-ons purchased.

Creating a company user account can be done in two ways:

  • In the company admin user’s dashboard, within the ‘organization info’ tab (click here), there is a section called ‘list of company users.’ Here, you will find a button: “INVITE NEW USERS.” Clicking on this button will open a popup with several fields to execute an email invite to a colleague. 
  • Alternatively, you can contact a Quantumrun Foresight Platform customer success representative and they can assist you in setting up these accounts on your behalf. You can make this request by filling out the support form in one of the contact pages below:

 Company user invitation email
  • After your colleague receives the invitation email (they may need to check their spam/junk folder), they will need to click on the company user registration link. 
  • They will be directed to a custom company user registration page where they will be asked to fill out basic account registration fields. 
  • After they fill out the form, their ‘company user’ account will be created and automatically associated with your ‘company admin user’ account.
