The Quantumrun Foresight Platform offers a range of support and training resources to organizations based on their subscription plan.

Account setup support

For Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscription plans, a Quantumrun Foresight representative will assist your organization in its account registration process. This support will include setting up your team members with their own platform accounts.

Basic training (first month)

For Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscription plans, a Quantumrun Foresight representative will spend a designated number of hours training your team (through remote video workshops) on how to use the platform effectively.

Ongoing virtual training

For Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscription plans, a Quantumrun Foresight representative will spend a designated number of hours (through remote video calls) to provide your team with ongoing training on how to use the platform effectively throughout the year.

Dedicated strategy and foresight facilitation manager

(This is an optional add-on service.) Depending on your organization’s budget and size, our strategy and foresight facilitation specialists can collaborate with and guide your team’s use of the Quantumrun Foresight Platform to ensure you maximize its potential to generate strategy and product insights that can add value to your operations.

Depending on the budget allocated, this facilitation manager can:

  • Meet virtually with your team weekly or monthly to lead strategy, scenario, or product ideation sessions using the platform.
  • Facilitate custom platform list curation and research report production, potentially with the involvement of Quantumrun Foresight research analysts.
  • Be available to provide technical support over the phone, Zoom, or email throughout the workweek.

Custom List curation and research production

(This is an optional add-on service.) Given the quantity of trend content on the platform, some teams may prefer to have a Quantumrun Foresight research specialist curate trend lists on behalf of their organization. Teams can then use these lists as a quick jumping-off point to create platform project visualizations that they can use for their strategy, scenario, or product ideation sessions.

This research specialist can also facilitate or provide research report writing services based on available platform content.

This service can be treated as a one-off or as-needed service, based on your organization’s needs.
