We want to make you aware that this Month—July 2021—we will be scheduled for downtime on two separate occasions. On July 10 and 24 at 6:30 p.m. EST, there will be scheduled downtime for approximately 3 hours. We will be using this time to add more capacity to our infrastructure and speed up our overall service.
To ensure the uptime and stability of the platform, we are performing this upgrade on our infrastructure on two separate Saturday evenings so that we can ensure a smooth transition.
During these maintenance windows, the Quantumrun platform will be inaccessible and email delivery will be paused. All operations around the platform, including project management, list creation, trend bookmarking, and more will resume immediately after the maintenance windows.
